What’s Covered

All air suspension products purchased directly from ONAIR are protected by our Lifetime Confidence Warranty. We cover manufacturer defects, component failure under normal use, and issues caused by no fault of your own. From struts to manifolds to compressors — if it’s truly failed, we’ve got your back.

What’s Not Covered

We’re here to support you — but we also need to protect the integrity of the warranty. This means we can’t cover issues caused by improper installation, external damage, or modifications outside intended use. We don’t cover second-hand products or cosmetic wear and tear. That said, we’re always happy to review your situation and help however we can — even if it’s not a warranty case.

Warranty Eligibility

Our lifetime warranty applies only to original purchasers who ordered directly from ONAIR and can provide valid proof of purchase. You must submit a claim through our ticket system with photos or videos of the issue to begin the review process.

We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle or property caused by improper installation or use of our products. We highly recommend professional installation by a certified air suspension specialist.

Lifetime warranty is only valid as long as ONAIR remains in business and is subject to change with or without notice.
