Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Some custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Canadian orders ship via Canada Post. U.S. orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Shipping fees are non-refundable. ONAIR is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address details.

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
