CHAPTER 01
Vintage Looks. Ground-Level Attitude.
The soft mint finish, classic whitewalls and bright chrome belong to a different era. The stance? That's a whole different story.
It's everything people love about an old-school Beetle, only sitting dramatically lower. The fenders flow over the wheels, the proportions stay unmistakably Volkswagen and the whole silhouette looks like it was meant to be this way.
The exterior is intentionally simple. No need to fight the Beetle's original design when a clean air suspension stance does this much work.
CHAPTER 02
Measured. Cut. Fabricated.
The front trunk isn't hiding a generic board with a few components bolted on. This installation is built around a custom metal mounting structure made to suit the Beetle's unusual space.
The workshop photos tell the story: component mockup, metalwork, trial fitting and careful positioning. The formed supports and circular cutouts give the assembly a purposeful, engineered appearance while making room for the air management hardware.
This is what makes a one-off installation feel special: the work behind the finished product. Every opening, bracket and mounting point contributes to a setup that's as enjoyable to look at as it is to use.
CHAPTER 03
Open the Frunk. Find the Good Stuff.
With the fabrication in place, the finished air management hardware becomes the centerpiece of the Beetle's front trunk. Clean placement, matching finishes and a layout that feels thoughtfully composed.
The 4-gallon black seamless tank stretches across the rear of the frunk. Below it sits the VIAIR 444-series compressor, with the ONAIR 4V management system mounted neatly alongside. The exposed metal rack ties everything together without trying to hide the craftsmanship.
WHAT'S POWERING THE STANCE
ONAIR 4V management: Four-corner air control so the suspension can be adjusted to achieve the look and ride height the driver wants.
4-gallon seamless air tank: A clean black finish that complements the fabricated metalwork and supplies stored air for the system.
VIAIR 444-series compressor: The air supply that helps keep this classic Beetle ready for the next adjustment.
CHAPTER 04
Same Beetle. Entirely Different Presence.
The payoff is the moment the car leaves the workshop, airs down and settles into the landscape. No oversized accessories. Just a classic shape, sitting exactly how it should.
