BEFORE YOUR VISIT

A few things you might be wondering.

Can you look at a system that isn’t ONAIR?
Yes. We accept requests for all air ride brands, including systems installed elsewhere. The work we can take on depends on the setup, available parts and what we find during review.
How much will the service cost?
We quote after reviewing the setup and the work needed. ONAIR will confirm the quote and scope before work begins.
Does choosing a date book my appointment?
No. Your preferred dates help us plan. ONAIR will contact you and confirm the appointment before you come in.
Can I bring my own parts?
You can include customer-provided parts in your request. We review compatibility, condition and the intended work before agreeing to install them.
What if I think it’s a warranty issue?
Select the warranty review option and include your order or purchase details if you have them. Warranty requests are considered case by case; the form does not approve coverage.
What does winter maintenance involve?
We can review moisture collection, tank and water-trap maintenance, and the system’s preparation for cold weather. Winter treatment is considered after checking compatibility with the specific components and their manufacturer guidance.
Should I drive in if the car won’t stay up?
If it cannot hold a safe driving height, has heavy rubbing or feels unstable, avoid driving it. Describe the situation in your request so we can discuss safe transport before the visit.
