A maintenance routine should reflect how often you drive, the weather and the equipment fitted. Follow the actual product instructions rather than a universal schedule.
After installation
Know the normal driving height and controller readings, where the drains are and how the compressor normally cycles. Keep the installed component list and wiring information for service.
Manage moisture
Check tank and water management equipment. Drain collected moisture using the instructed procedure. A water trap helps with liquid collection; it does not remove every trace of humidity or eliminate tank maintenance.
Watch for changes
More frequent compressor cycling, gradual pressure loss or a car that sits differently deserves investigation. Check for rubbing lines and air springs without reaching under an unsupported vehicle.
Get help with a recurring issue
Do not compensate for a leak by repeatedly raising pressure. Send ONAIR the component details, symptoms and photos. Inspect again after changes to wheels, alignment or vehicle load.
