A clean installation starts before any parts are mounted. Confirm the vehicle application and plan the layout with room for service, wiring and air lines.
Confirm the suspension application
Provide year, make, model and any trim or chassis information that affects suspension fitment. Tell ONAIR about existing suspension modifications and wheel changes. PAS production takes approximately 2 weeks after fitment confirmation.
Measure the available space
Plan tank and compressor mounting, manifold access and a reachable tank drain. Check dimensions of the actual products, not only photographs. Leave space around heat-producing parts according to their instructions.
Make a component list
Include the five core categories: suspension, management, compressor, tank and water management. Airline, fittings, relays, fuses, mounting hardware and tools depend on the selected variants and installation.
Book and prepare
ONAIR installation is at ONAIR HQ in Stouffville. Discuss timing and the scope before booking. Vehicle-specific installation instructions, torque specifications and electrical requirements take priority over a general planning guide.
